Il n’est pas rare d’entendre dans son entourage qu’une personne a quitté son emploi ou a dû changer de service en raison d’une mésentente avec son supérieur hiérarchique. Nous passons la majeure partie de notre semaine au travail. La personne pour qui nous le faisons est donc importante.

Le bien-être au travail est essentiel non seulement pour les individus, mais également pour les gouvernements, pour les entreprises et pour les actionnaires. Il apparaît de plus en plus clairement que les employés « plus heureux » sont plus productifs et que les entreprises où il est agréable de travailler bénéficient de meilleurs rendements boursiers.

'Jean-Luc Tremblay est un dirigeant québécois hors norme. Il fait la promotion d’un livre  et d’une offre de service originale : “La performance par le plaisir“. Selon lui, il y a 12 ingrédients pour créer du plaisir au travail. Un peu comme une recette de cuisine, il suffit de mettre ces 12 ingrédients dans l’assiette d’un collaborateur, il aurait alors du plaisir et ce plaisir le rendrait plus performant.

Recevant des messages promotionnels, ma première réaction a été très négative : “Encore un marchand de rêve, de bonheur,… avec la méthode à 2 centimes…yaka, faukon,..”.

Ensuite, je me suis dit, c’est tellement énorme qu’il n’y a que deux options :

C’est du marketing frauduleux, une grosse imposture et je vais passer un bon moment à rigoler.C’est génial et je vais apprendre des choses !

Si je prends le temps d’écrire un billet, c’est que nous sommes dans l’option 2…'
