Quoi de mieux que de travailler dans un environnement où le maitre mot est plaisir?  Vous vous réveillez chaque jour hâte de vous remettre à fond sur votre travail ou sur votre mission et prenez plaisir à revoir chaque matins vos collègues, avec qui vous passez plus de temps que votre amoureux/se.

Pas de confiance mutuelle, pas de vrai partage. Pas de vrai partage, pas d'intelligence collective fonctionnelle. Pas d'intelligence collective fonctionnelle, pas d'alignement, d'engagement, d'agilité émergente et de réelle collaboration. Pas de réelle collaboration, pas de changement. Pas de changement, pas de développement durable. Pas de développement durable, pas de futur durable....

Qu'est qui précède tout ça et permet à la confiance mutuelle de s'installer? Vous avez une idée?
