Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg earned a 99 percent approval rating from his social network employees, topping Glassdoor's annual list of the 50 highest rated CEOs.

Interesting ratings. Especially as they are done by employees.

One major point I retain here, not necessarily about those CEOs but rather about what makes them "good" bosses, the quote from the FB employee :

Facebook is "an open community from Zuck on down," one anonymous Menlo Park employee said in a statement on Glassdoor. "Mututal trust companywide and sense of community and drive, instilled by our CEO, who we truly respect."

Basically, nothing new in this management-wise but the smashing bit here is that employees actually feel the openness, trust and respect.

This is what strong foundations are for any company out there, whatever the size, whatever the business.
