I like this questions,"Are you willing to wear multiple hats?" When you first start you will clearly be doing some jobs that you probably won't be doing when you have the money to pay someone else to do it for you. Remember, sometimes it's better to be tight on the money and have someone doing a job function who is awesome at it and can do it faster and so much better than you. Don't waste your time and energy at things you hate and can't do.That can hurt your new company more than it can help.

Your Blog connects you with your public. The better information you provide, the more you will be respected, listened to, and considered an authority in what you do. Whether that information is original or curated and shared, that's not important. You're the place to go to where that information can be found.

Good article.
