Free business tools are good.  However, don't eat the whole elephant at one time. Avoid getting overwhelmed.  Decide which tools are best for your target market and focus on these for 4-6 months, then move on to other tools if you think it is necessary. Every shine new app is not made your industry, your market or your business.

The good news is, you don't have to break them. Just adopt a new practice and repeat until it becomes a habit. Old habits literally fall away with disuse.
