Forbes estimates that 35% of people are choosing freelance work and this is rapidly growing, particularly among millennials. Companies that design workplaces for flexible approaches to both work and workers are more likely to succeed in the world of digital.

Con qualche anno di ritardo, arrivano gli sgravi contributivi per le imprese che favoriscono la conciliazione vita-lavoro: il Ministero del Lavoro ha firmato il decreto attuativo della relativa misura contenuta nel Jobs Act (articolo 25 del decreto legislativo 80/2015). Si tratta di un beneficio  per datori di lavoro che hanno firmato contratti con soluzioni migliorative rispetto a quelle previste dai contratti nazionali.
