This tool is very helpful. Just can't understand why no one has come out with a content calendar feature for planning, review, approval, and publishing. Most only allow you to enter in post you have already approved. So in bigger companies when multiple reviews are needed, it is difficult to manage. 

 

Anyone have a content calendar and publishing solution combo?
