In the proposed Map, there are mentioned several different wine producers that honestly can not be all visited in a single day. Chose maximum 4 different wineries per day and don't forget to book with a phone call, this will permit you to have more dedicated time and a better presentation. This mapped tour in the wine zone of Ascoli Piceno Province in Le Marche, it includes a visit to medieval villages, the cellars of several wineries and the tasting of wines made from indigenous varieties, such as Pecorino and passerina, plus famous DOC wines such as Rosso Piceno Superiore, Falerio dei Colli Ascolani and Offida. It is an exploration into the heart of Piceno territory, the wine of the Piceno people. You will understand the concept of terroir and what distinguishes the characteristics of the main grape varieties conjugate in various wine typologies including raisined versions and champenoise methods. The Wine Trail of the Piceno Area comprises the boroughs of Montefiore dell'Aso, Ripatransone, Offida and Ascoli Piceno. The Wine Route chosen lies in an area in which the DOC wines give really interesting results. The DOC and the IGT wines are produced with similar methods but the results are very different within the geographic areas. E’ nato da due start-up, Coo­kous e Cook Hun­ter, che in due parti diverse d’Italia (Bari e Torino), sta­vano por­tando avanti la stessa idea: poter unire cibo, socia­lità e gua­da­gno in un’unica nuova espe­rienza.
Dopo gli screzi ini­ziali hanno capito che unire le forze era la scelta migliore per affer­marsi come player prin­ci­pali nel mer­cato, soprat­tutto comin­ciando da uno molto ristretto come quello ita­liano. L’alchimia poi è stata imme­diata, ed ora lavo­riamo ad altis­sima velo­cità.
