However, I have many friends who actually try to stay fit and healthy and I thought this might be useful for them. If you must exert yourself, it is a good idea to stretch. Most important of all, just make the stretch to enjoy life.

I got to admit my idea of a sprint is the speed with which I get to my coffee in the morning and as for strength training, does lifting a fork filled with steak count? So, I'm no exercise guru, but I thought this so obvious a piece that I wanted to share it. Long periods of running are bad for your body. If you want to exercise, do it the ways that work for a healthier you. Now where did I put the cream?

Okay, I admit it: for me exercise is mostly going to the fridge for a snack. Sometimes I vary my routine and take a nap instead. Still, I feel vindicated by this piece. That nasty gym teacher in eighth grade would never agree that there are limits to healthy exercise. Well, he was wrong, there was a good reason to sit on the bench when my team was in the outfield.

Seriously, living well means living in moderation.
