  After reading this article, I learned that going to the gym doesn't have to be just for physical benefits. One positive effect that exercise has is that it improves your mental condition. For example, having a consistent exercise routine leads to more confidence, as you feel better about yourself and look better. As a result, you gain confidence that carries over to other aspects of your life. Furthermore, I learned that the gym can be used in combination of physical wellbeing and a social scene. For example, if you were to enroll in a smal group exercise class, such as cycling or aquatics, you meet new people who share the same interests and values as you. Finally, I learned that consistent exercise habits can actually save you money on your health insurance. According to the article, some health insurance companies ask you how often you exercise. Those who exercise at a higher rate, according to the article, are saving more money as a result.

Exercising has more benefits then we think. Not only do we lose weight but also has the social aspects included. You may also save money in the long run by being healthy, you will have less trips to the doctor thus less money spent paying the doctors for your visit. SD
