EnglishSpeak is a free course for learning spoken English designed by language experts. It includes 100 free lessons which provide audio content at two different speeds of playback and written dialogues in different real situations. In addition to this, if you place your cursor over any word in the program, it will be pronounced slowly by an instructor, not by computer generated voice.
This website includes a lot of infographics about different English language aspects such as grammar, punctuation, phrasal verbs or vocabulary which may help you to understand the language. The only problem is that the site is American and the rules may not always be appropriate for British English.
With regards to Kaplan Internacional, the best way to learn English is through immersive courses, travelling to an English speaking country or having English classes with other foreigners. However, not everybody has the opportunity to live in an English speking country for a long time or pay for classes. In addition to this, I strongly believe, as Adam says in his blog post, learning a language is a lifetime journey: the internet. The internet is a opened door to learning, to any language and culture you can imagine and it allows you to communicate with foreign people from all around the world. Road to grammar is a great site to practise grammar and vocabulary. One of the things I like the most about this site is that if you choose the wrong answer in the quiz and you click on Notes, it provides a note explaining why your answer is correct or incorrect. The flash-based game Fluent allows 2 students to play.
