Malgré la crise, les grands groupes continuent à investir sur les « hauts potentiels » en offrant aux jeunes diplômés la possibilité de se former et de se préparer aux futurs postes à responsabilité. Delete the scoop?

Effectivement un bel exemple sur le sujet.
Par contre, avez vous une idée de la raison pour laquelle le mercredi est "régulièrement" exclu des plans de télétravail? Si l'objectif est de concilier la vie professionnelle avec la vie privée, ce point semble paradoxale. Cordialement,

En fonctionnement 4/5ème, le mercredi est souvent le jour pris pour garder les enfants...j'imagine qu'il devient donc moins pertinent dans une logique de télétravail...mais cette réflexion (de bon sens) n'engage que moi !
