We all know at least one person who refuses to be drawn to technology. 'It's too difficult', 'I'm too old', 'It's not for me'....the excuses are vast and reasoning fairly simple to understand for technology is at once scary and exciting.
Mary Perfitt-Nelson's insight:
"We all know at least one person who refuses to be drawn to technology. ‘It’s too difficult’, ‘I’m too old’, ‘It’s not for me’….the excuses are vast and reasoning fairly simple to understand for technology is at once scary and exciting. Love this video. This video is referenced on page 129 of High-Impact Instruction by Jim Knight.
Love the discussion about student engagement. Sandi has her children rate their own level of engagement and has taught them the three levels. She uses their information formatively. .
