How often do you struggle with a student, trying to motivate them to be engaged? The author of this post states "I pirate much of my thinking about motivation, kids’ achievement and success in life from my work with young, elite soccer players." He goes on to say that motivation that is found with young soccer players is also found with students in the classroom, that it "makes a real difference."
