The first week of a new employees engagement is of great import, and making sure that every new employees gets a great start, should be a high priority for every business owner.

Es interesante ver el papel tan importante que puede jugar un comunicador dentro de la organización, pues es él quien tiene que elegir qué papel quiere tomar, el de un comunicador estratégico o el de un comunicador táctico. De acuerdo a esta desición, este podría agregar valor agregado a la corganización, o por otra parte, contuniar con el mismo modelo y clichés que la mayoría de los comunicadores manejan.
