In an interesting move, Salaman Khan is opening up the Khan Academy to crowdsourced videos which will be curated by his team.
I think this is extremely encouraging and opens up a whole new horizon for the development and use of video for learning.

Blended learning means offering a combination of face-to-face and online learning opportunities to learners. Blending these learning opportunities can contribute to personalizing learning. However, blended learning is not the only approach that personalizes learning. Personalizing learning starts with the learner.
