People always wonder: "How long will this take?" Here you will notice that there are 8 Phases of Treatment. When they say "session" they are referring to 90 minute sessions. And ANY old trauma may spontaneously resurface to be reprocessed, even if you think it's just that one car accident that created your panic problem on the highway.

This teaches you how to use your body and it's sensations, including pain, as a message board through intuition and metaphor, to see what your inner condition is. There's a section, too about doing a body scan, something I use with clients to access the healing level of the traumatic memories. It's hard at first but once you get the hang of it, it is a window to healing emotions, including panic!  In fact, she calls it the Body Window.
