This was an interesting comparison between social media and email. What I thought was interesting was that email had a larger base of users and is more global. But I think eventually social media will catch up and surpass email. But another interesting tidbit for thought is that you need an email to sign up for social media websites. So there for to start an account, you need an email address (1 account = 1 email).

Number 2 on this list was very interesting to me because research has shown that images have an impact on what text is being read. If the subject in the picture is looking at the text, more viewers will view your content compared to if the subject in the image is facing the other way.
