20 Reasons Why you Should Use Google Plus [Infographic]

20 Reasons Why you Should Use Google Plus [Infographic] | E-learning, Moodle y la web 2.0 | Scoop.it

G+ is catching up big time for many reasons.  Among these reasons is the Hangout integration.

We just facilitated a remote 1.5 day leadership development session with Hangouts and it was fantastic.

Google is sticking to their strategy and their value is starting to win people over.  I was never a fan and, through valuable features, I am changing my perspective on the suite of offerings.

This is a relevant infographic.

Great examples how one can use 21st Century tools in the classroom while every part is well described with "Definition", *Workflow", *Tools", "Workshop Description"... This is how it should be, take it as a very good practice example!

Study Reveals that Twitter users often Retweet without reading or clicking links

Study Reveals that Twitter users often Retweet without reading or clicking links | E-learning, Moodle y la web 2.0 | Scoop.it
If you’ve been on Twitter long enough and use the social platform to share content from your blog or website, and have built a certain level of authority and expertise, after a while you’ll begin to notice automated sharing and retweets of your stuff, often from the same sources. This can be great for traffic and awareness, but it’s a pretty hollow stamp of approval, as your content has obviously been passed on blind.

And if the poster uses the command, "Retweet" rather than "RT", the retweet rate increases twelve-fold...! Remember, less than 100 chars means +17% engagement, too. More than 2 +hashtags reduces this again by 17%!
