Clashes between MIU students and university ‘bodyguards’ | Égypt-actus |

Clashes resumed between Misr International University (MIU) students and bodyguards hired by the university administration when students attempted to enter the campus.

Rubber bullets, rocks, and fire extinguisher gas were used to disperse the students.

About four students were hit by birdshot, while others were injured by rocks and gas, according to student Haleem El Sharani.

Students in front of the campus gates are sharing pictures of assaults and clashes on viral social media websites.
