At a news conference last week , a doctor from the Egyptian army announced confidently that a cure for AIDS and Hepatitis C had been discovered by the Egyptian countries military! While many seem to find disbelief in such a statement it was announced very confidently and we expect to see some developing news around it soon.

The fact that there are still museums and antiques being taken and destroyed during riots is extremely disheartening. I would only hope that these rioters would realize what they are doing to their own land and their own history and stop attacking and ruining such items of importance.

After the robbery in August I wonder if these artifacts are any that came from those thefts and them trying to sell them online. Especially since this auctioning was taking place in October 22 just solely 2 months after the theft at the Museum.

They are put at death sentence for this and everything is being done to make sure whomever is connected to this is put on death sentence as well.

With all of the violence occurring in Egypt, I am happy to see that people are getting punished for their actions. Upon attacking police in North Sinai in 2011, 14 people were held at and given the death penalty. But even having this occur, it still doesn't stop the amount of violence going on nor deter people from stopping these actions of wrong doing that continue to occur.

The amount of violence that still occurs in Egypt to date is absolutely appalling and seems like it is never ending. On Feb 11 gunmen shot and killed another 3 policemen near the city of Ismaillia and took their weapons. This brought the number to 5 policemen killed in less than 24 hours in Egypt.
