S: nutrients are a very important part of diet 

P: eating on the go or while preoccupied can cause you to eat more than you need

S: always eat breakfast. You need it to help Kickstart your body.

S: you need a proteins,carbs, and healthy fats.

S: breakfast sandwiches encourage eating on the go so stay away from those

S: sandwiches with whole wheat, lean meat, and lettuce or spinach. 

S: consider eating raw vegatables in your lunch like carots or celeri.

S: try to drink water and avoid sugary drinks

S: drink milk but try and stay away from whole because it has more fat

S: stay away from caffine

P: caffine causes heart to race, screws up sleep, and even brain function

S: athletes should drink lots of water and gatorade when its hot.

S: have sit down dinners

B: berries which are healthy help fight damage against cells 

B: women who ate 3 or more servings of strawberries or blue berries reduced their risk of heart attack 

B: woman who ate more of them reduced their rate by 32% compared to those who ate them once a month or less

B: those who ate lots of berries tended to eat healthier in general. Lots of fruits and vegatables

S: putting berries in your diet reduces the rate of heart attack

B: young women who eat berries reduce the risk of getting heart attacks later in life.
