Not just for teaching kids to properly cite sources- hopefully it creates a habit of checking the validity of information you find on the internet (aka, no more blindly reposting/retweeting inaccurate info masquerading as fact).

Here's a four minute instructional video from the always clever Richard Byrne.   I could see this as a find blended learning activity.  Have your students create their research notes with Google Slides.  Use this video to show them how to do it. 


Flip that classroom folks!

This is not outstanding, but does a pretty good job of explaining how to use Google Slides in the research process.  It would be good for teachers to view.  I don't think it's polished enough to use with students.
