Creo que tiene que especificarse estos criterios para cada región este mapa de competencias, porque hay diferencias considerables entre los docentes de un solo país y con mucho mayor razón cuando se trata de homologar esto a nivel internacional.

The first line evoked an interesting question. 83% of those interesting in continuing learning took an online course. What does this mean about motivation? What is the completion/success rate? What about the 17% who did not? What role did online competency play?

 

What the article suggests is the online learning population is not a single, monolithic community.

¿Qué es la web semántica?

La web 3.0 o web semántica es la tendencia natural de la información hacia una forma ampliada del acceso y gestión de la misma mediante un filtrado preciso. La web semántica tiende a la creación de tecnologías para publicar información acompañada de datos legibles por las aplicaciones informáticas. La idea en la que se basa es la descripción de datos por medio de otros datos, lo que se ha venido a denominar ‘metadato’. Esta información de modo adicional permite describir  el contenido, el significado y la relación de los datos.

La web 3.0 es aquella que es capaz de entender a los usuarios. Una web que logre la comunicación del hombre con la máquina de forma real, casi humana.

Sin casi darnos cuenta toda la información que aparece en Internet debe de poder ser localizada para su consulta y tratamiento. Tan ingente cantidad de información se hace a veces inaccesible al ser imposible localizarla a través de buscadores o consultado amplísimos directorios. La información está ahí pero para poder difundir el conocimiento hace falta describir y representar la información de modo de que las máquinas inteligentes nos la presenten en pantalla. El reto de la web semántica tiene en los archiveros su mejor aliado porque desde hace años la archivística ha llevado a cabo la ingente tarea de describir el conocimiento y es ahora en la realidad de la web 3.0 donde los tesauros toman conciencia de su valor para identificar y describir la información.

Introducción a la web semántica 3.0

Ya se ha comentado que la web 3.0 o web semántica es una web extendida. Un espacio digital donde encontrar respuestas a preguntas gracias a una información definida de forma semántica con la cual es más sencillo procesar  y compartir dicha información. Es la manera de que Internet nos entienda sin errores.

En la sociedad de la información la presentación no tiene porque basarse solo en el modelo escrito. Existen plataformas y servicios que ofrecen el poder crear y visualizar está información utilizando el texto, el audio y la imagen.
