The best way to learn another language is by spending time with it and using it. The instruments are up to the learners. The apps sound like one of the many great tools out there to spend time with the target language.

This is a GREAT article!! It provides at least 10 apps under each of the categories of Spanish, French, German, English, Italian, Chinese, Sigh Language (!) and Miscellaneous. Definitely worth a look if you study/teach any of these languages! Delete the scoop?
