It is more fun to learn creating you own story. The word story makes it sound like a fantasy tale, but it could be steps in a process, a summary of what you have learned in class, or a biography

Great Prezi on making great Prezis

Dave Wood's curator insight, April 18, 2014 3:41 PM

Some really useful tips about structuring information and the impactful use of visuals.  I haven't been a huge fan of Prezi because they can be just too "busy" and disorientating when they incorporate too much spin as they move from image to image. These tips give good advice about how to keep it simple for best effect.

I've used Prezi as a way of presenting the notes from a visual group coaching session back to the participants.

Tons of Classroom Examples Using Augmented Reality

Tons of Classroom Examples Using Augmented Reality | EdTech | Scoop.it

Augmented reality allows someone to add another layer to an existing image.  For example, imagine holding your phone over a poster on the wall as if you were going to take a photo of that poster, and then instantly a video starts playing to offer you additional information about that particular poster.  Pretty cool, right?  The first time it happens, it seems like magic.
