ARNHEM - Lidewij Edelkoort, internationaal beroemd trendwatcher, wordt de nieuwe curator van de Arnhem Mode Biënnale. Ze krijgt de artistieke leiding over de komende editie die in 2013 in het centrum van Arnhem wordt gehouden.

In Lidewij Edelkoort’s latest book entitled The Pop-Up Generation: Design Between Dimensions – coinciding with the exhibition of the same name at MOTI – we see what it really means to be part of the pop-up generation. 
Entusiastas da moda em geral, atenção: Li Edelkoort, um dos nomes mais poderosos da moda mundial, vem aí. A fundadora da Trend Union, empresa de pesquisa de tendências, será a voz principal do Seminário Internacional de Pesquisas de Tendências, uma iniciativa da Escola São Paulo em parceria com a Harper´s Bazaar Brasil. 
A Escola São Paulo traz de Paris a especialista em pesquisa de tendências Li Edelkoort para liderar um seminário focado no estudo de tendências que pautarão o mercado e o processo criativo nos próximos anos. Serão quatro palestras que abordarão comportamento, moda, design, beleza e arquitetura. 
O bege será a nova cor da moda? Os materiais e as formas inspiradas na natureza estarão em destaque? A comida será a grande estrela dos próximos tempos? Li Edelkoort, a grande especialista das tendências e uma das mulheres mais influentes do momento, é a melhor pessoa para o dizer. Tudo parece claro e simples. A holandesa Li Edelkoort absorve e traduz o mundo ao seu redor de maneira objetiva e natural. Circula pelos quatro cantos do planeta e quanto mais vê mais simples parecer tornar-se. 
La papesse des tendances Li Edelkoort était à Stockholm pour parler des tendances de l'année à venir. Selon elle, en 2012, nos intérieurs seront influencés par l'esthétique japonisante, empreinte de pureté et de naturel. Matériaux et couleurs jouent la carte de la simplicité: béton brut, bois non traité et couleurs claires.

De internationaal beroemde trendwatcher Lidewij Edelkoort houdt op 10 mei een lezing met als thema ‘A Horticultural View on Fashion’. Een trendverhaal over mode, duurzaamheid en de invloed van bloemen en natuur op mode. Aan het einde van de lezing is er ruimte voor discussie en eventuele vragen.

Le prix du “Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds” échoit cette année à la “prévisionniste tendance” Lidewij Edelkoort (° 1950). Elle reçoit ce trophée pour la qualité de sa vision des tendances futures du design et de la mode. En plus du montant de 75 000 euros liés à cette distinction, Edelkoort sera titulaire d'un fonds lui-même assorti d'une somme de lancement de 75 000 euros, qu'elle allouera à son gré. Le prix sera remis à la lauréate le 26 novembre à Amsterdam, dans les locaux du “Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ” 
Design Academy Eindhoven (DAE) congratulates Lidewij Edelkoort who has been awarded with the prestigeus Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds Prize 2012. The trend forecaster is 'a leading autority in the field of fashion and design' the jury declaired. This prize is a regonistion for her entire oeuvre.

Amsterdam, 18 april 2012. Het Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds heeft de Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds Prijs 2012 toegekend aan trendforecaster Lidewij Edelkoort. Deze oeuvreprijs reikt het Cultuurfonds jaarlijks uit aan een grootheid op cultureel gebied. Aan deze prijs zijn een geldbedrag van 75.000 euro en een CultuurFonds op Naam ter waarde van 75.000 euro verbonden. De uitreiking vindt plaats op 26 november. |
