Türkiye’nin 2000’li yıllarda giderek artan bir “cari açık sorunu” ile karşı karşıya olduğunu hepimiz biliyoruz. Bu açıkların ardında çok büyük ölçüde “enerji ithalatı faturası”nın (artan) kabarıklığının yattığı görüşü, gerek hükümet ve ekonomi bürokrasisi çevrelerinde, gerekse ekonomi medyasında özellikle 2011 yılı başından bu yana büyük kabul ve destek görüyor.
