This article shows us about something we all experience at some point in our lives - congestion. Obviously this will give massive negative consequences, especially because congestion can be seen as an indicator of market failure.

Poorly insulated homes are causing a major problem in the living conditions of millions of people. Poverty plays a large role and people are buying cheap housing that is inexpensive but also lacking warmth costing the NHS billions of pounds dealing with ill patients, and this is causing market failure.
