This is short but important article.  It reiterates that blended learning isn't about replacing teachers with technology; and, instead, asserts that blended learning "can be a powerful enabler for reimagining the teaching profession and empowering educators to purseu new career pathways under improved conditions." 


The Blended Learning Infographic included with this article is a "must have" when addressing this subject with educators -- whether teachers or administrators.

Si consideramos el número de clientes (Edmodo es una plataforma Web 2.0) Moodle conserva el primer puesto por poco, pero blackboard y otros sistemas se van para abajo en favor de Edmodo.

  • WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

    The  key factors are: Learners’ age, back ground knowledge, the purpose of learning, the learners’ circumstances (employed, students, unemployed, etc…)

  • DO YOU HAVE THE COURSE CURRICULUM?

    In many cases the course curriculum does exist, for example: National Curriculum, University course modules , In-house corporate training.

  • WHAT EXTERNAL PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS NEED TO BE MET?

    All external examination bodies provide an exam guide or syllabus which you have to insure your course will address them.

  • WHAT IS THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT?

    Would your learners attend any face to face classes? Do they access their course from home, work, or college? Do they work as a group or individuals?

En esta entrada quiero ofreceros cuatro vídeos interesantes sobre diversos aspectos de la Flipped Classroom que se pueden localizar también en YouTube. Si tenéis problemas con el inglés, una opción es activar los subtítulos en esa lengua o bien activar la transcripción de la locución del vídeo y traducirla.
