This story has been rattling around in my memory closet for years. My work on values congruency with Annette Schleming help bring this out. I'm proud to share this with you all.

Powerful testimony about value congruency and a journey well traveled. Dennis hits it right we he states "If you find congruency, stay put. If not; change the culture of your workplace, or change your work place." Sage advice.
Knowing your core values, and having the skill to assess the practiced values in your work environment, will result in a more significant and possitive difference in work attitudens and performance.
