I like sg.serpstat.com which is very similar to keywordtool. I use it for title suggestion having the "Only questions" option. It's free and simple.

Watch this 10 minute video for a refresher course in handling TARGET KEYWORD PHRASES on your website. Some tips are:


 - Avoid excessive keyword repetition on the page. 1-2 times is enough.

 - A title people will click is worth more than a perfectly optimized one.

 - Do use your keyword phase in your page headline so people know they are in the right place.

 - User experience is key.

 - Watch for keyword cannibalization.

Forget ranking for individual keyword phrases.  Now report average rank for all terms with one keyword; reach broadly to include social and referral; new links in the periods; and finally, KPIs of goals, conversions, etc.
