 Il est question, dans cet article, des problèmes de disponibilité des livres numériques (e-books) en bibliothèque. En effet, certains éditeurs sont peu enclins à ce type de prêt (e-lending) et refusent d'accorder les licences nécessaires aux bibliothécaires - ce qui pose inévitablement problème puisque le fonds proposé aux usagers est beaucoup moindre que sur le marché.
