The article is correct that 4G wireless networks in capitol markets will be the norm for internet access in Africa.  The true challenge is that the telecoms are not investing in expanding 4G to second tier cities nor rural areas.  For the real growth of africa to happen and to prevent everyone from trying to move the the largest cities, internet access in second tier cities and rural areas is an important policy governments need to act on.
