This book has an excellent first chapter which explains in bullet format all the reasons to consider starting or continuing a dual language program. I bought it for the first chapter and found the rest of the book very informative.

Utah leading the way in establishing dual language programs. However, like most dual language programs, why aren't more heritage language speakers shown speaking the native language? More often, second language speakers are featured. How can we promote both groups of students in an equitable way? What are your thoughts?
