If he had a middle name it would be greed. Althrough the book the lorax accuses the once-ler of greed. to show that greed can lead to you're own destruction, and hurt many people. What do you get in the end anyways really nothing besides money if you destroy everything in the world what is there left to buy?

The Lorax is a good topic for a discussion about children's philosophy about the idea of "interconnectedness of the things that live in the ecosystem." Teaches the lesson that if just one thing is taken away, the entire ecosystem can fall apart and die. This has many possible questions raised in young children.

Lorax answers many questions to our environmental responsibilities . The lorax has a great idea of sustainability, if you hurt the forest the lorax gets mad, which later leads him to the discovery of greedy intentions that the once-er has for the fluff. Greed with lead to the destruction of the home, and many creatures need this to survive.

The idea so far as lead to the thought of social responsibility, you can ask you're self what are these responsibilities are in nature. this leads to the onc-ers greed leads them to almost extinction hes destroys so much of the world. Say he is ruining it for everyone he is not doing his social responsibility.

This book is nationally know for its actual meaning of environmental conservation. In the story the corporate world wants to go logging then do and they destroy alot of nature and it is bad.

Lessons of the Lorax, its not just for kids, its for everyone. People should take care of their surroundings and teach others too also. Slowly introduce kids or adults that do not know about recycling and awareness.

People were somewhat upset with the PG rating of this movie it was supposed to be kind've terrible with the scary machines and the bad villian. Even though the movie was cute it did not reveal what Dr Seuss ment in his book.
Logan Hedges's comment, March 13, 2013 9:22 AM
The Lorax is about how bad the effects of deforestation is, but is shrouded by a message of corporate greed in the movie. Despite the movies cute characters and awesome 3D is not the lorax
