These task list are all over the place. The problem is that practically no one who is stryying to obtain success and keep balanced seems to be able to practically put the item into action. Keep the end game in mind which is the wildly outrageous picture of what successful people have: freedom. Now define what "freedom" means to you and always keep this picture, in very specific detail, in your mind.
Now I say "outrageous" because the key to successful people is that they have outrageous dreams and they keep those dreams in mind as they complete the tasks that move them rung by rung up their ladder. Successful people clearln know with a high amount os specificity where they are going and that is somewhere into the clouds.
Next, successful clearly define where they are starting and that is the secret to the first strategy. When you know where you are starting and everyday acknowledge the progress you've made and have an immesurable amount of gratitude about it, then you are on your way.
Here are the strategies that you can practice daily. The most challenging part of this is actually getting started and putting the tips into action. Start with the first one, self compassion, and determine a tactical way to put it into action. Practice it for at least 10 days in a row. 30 days form the habit. After 10 day go on to the next tactical maneuver but only if you have mastered the first.
