We recently participated in similar discussion:  CTV Two, Alberta Primetime, produced 2 segments beginning with legislation that promotes protection of families with children and disabilities:  SAMANTHA'S LAW.

From this on air discussion, a second show developed regards to the issue of parents with diversity being targeted.

Canadian Statistics demonstrate that 25% of parents with disability have children apprehended. AACL (Alberta Association for Community Living) conducted studies with government records and found 70% of children under government direction are those with special needs within Alberta, Canada.
