Plans being drawn up by Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith, pictured, will see the 120,000 problem families targeted with Oyster-style cards which can only be used in certain shops.

 

And when you think that the reasons families get classified as problem families include one of the parents being disabled, it makes me wonder whether they've realised that for some disabled people the cards will be worthless if they can't be used online as they're not able to get to the shops, especially a particular shop that participates in the scheme!!
