Got great content and a creative, entertaining video? you're halfway there according to research. But don't forget about keeping it short and ensuring your video loads or uploads quickly. Critical for success.
Brands are wise to remember online consumption habits as video content becomes more of a content marketing staple and less of an optional advantage. Specifically, videos must be kept short and sweet to hold viewers’ attention.

The video is brilliant -- and a perfect example of how story triggers can make a difference in social causes and social cause marketing.
The video is about a library. It is controversial. Now I am a big fan of libraries so I was rooting for it (my personal bias). And the video itself is a really good example of a digital story.
I say 'story triggers' because the library used story elements and metaphors that sparked stories within the viewer's/reader's brains. The library did not actually tell a full-blown story yet the public reaction was immediate and powerful.

Curation Find of the Day Wednesday is only moments old. But I've paid for lunch already. This excellent Business 2 Community post discusses how social and video games are sliding toward one another. I don't think they are the only things on the slide. I think Social, Mobile, Local, marketing gamification and video games are all become one and the same idea controlled by the game consoles we carry in our pockets (Smart Phones).
