MindMup: Working with Dropbox

MindMup: Working with Dropbox | Digital Presentations in Education | Scoop.it

MindMup allows you to store your maps on Dropbox. Dropbox support is implemented as an extension, so you have to activate it before use.

Baiba Svenca's insight:

A good news for those who use Dropbox and MindMup! Now you can send your mind maps straight to Dropbox, you only have to activate the extension. Save your map in your Dropbox folder and when you need it, open the map in Dropbox.

You can also save MindMup maps in Google Drive.

Pour les amoureux du mindMapping, MindMup est un excellent outil qui peut maintenant facilement s'interfacer avec la solution de stockage déportée DropBox.

Also integrates well with Google Drive. Maybe a bit too simple for my personal taste, but a good beginning.

Baiba Svenca's insight:

A new mind mapping tool for creating mind maps online. To learn more about it, click Help ("i" on the toolbar).

All the editing tips are displayed on the default mind map.

When you save the map, you get a unique URL for your map.

The tool offers a great possibility to build a mind map collaboratively. Each time someone edits the map, the new version is saved with a new URL.

MindMup is a tool used to breakdown information. Great tool for primary students when looking at stories where they need to break the story down into the characters, environment etc.
