Classic Menu for PowerPoint adds a Menus tab between File tab and Home tab. This tab will bring us back to the world of Microsoft PowerPoint 2003. If you have Classic Menu for PowerPoint 2007, 2010 and 2013, you can get Slide Master as before:

1. Select the View drop down menu in main menus tab;

2. Move you mouse onto Master item;

3. Click the Slide Master item.

With PowerPoint 2013 or 2010, you do not need any additional program to convert your presentation to video because this feature is integrated in the software. The article describes the steps you need to take to create a video file from your presentation.

If you use PowerPoint 2007 which does not have this option, it can be done indirectly.

Convierte tus presentaciones Powerpoint en vídeos. En las versiones Powerpoint 2013 y 2010 se realiza de forma directa. En versiones anteriores hay que hecer unos pasos previos.

I just gave a webinar on upgrading to PowerPoint 2013, explaining all the new features and how to use them. During the webinar, I discussed 2 features that I realized are so hard to find that I really should share them with everyone.

In PowerPoint 2010 and earlier, when you chose Insert > Clip Art, you could specify that you wanted only photographs. You did that in the Clip Art task pane from the Results Should Be drop-down list, as you see here.

Google has added Slides, the latest version of its Docs presentation software, to its suite of offline applications, as it tries to play a spoiler role with the official releases of Microsoft Office 2013 and the home user version of Office 365 right around the corner. Slides users will now be able to view and edit presentations without an Internet connection, provided they are using the Chrome Web browser or a Chrome OS device.

A convenient way to edit your presentations offline. However, you can't edit spreadsheets offline yet and you need to use Chrome browser.

Android or iOS users still have to wait.
