The Ultra High-Definition resolution has been cropping up on the TV market a lot lately, but Sony doesn't want the monitor segment to fall behind, which is why it has put together two OLED 4K monitors.
They measure 30 inches and 56 inches, respectively, and already have a following thanks to their appearance at NAB 2013.
Their native resolution is better than normal too: instead of 3840 x 2160, they have screens with 4096 x 2160 pixels.
It is a bit odd that professional monitors would be even more "widescreen" than even widescreen TVs, despite 4:3 being considered better for this type of display, but there you have it.
