The Mufti of the city of Buca, Adem Gulmek, stated that disabled and hearing impaired people will take part in the celebration program to be held on April 16 in honor of the week of Prophet Muhammad’s birth.
Indicating that most course attendees read the entire Qur’an in its original text, Gulmek said, “There is a tradition of Qur’an courses in Anatolia. We also wanted to prepare a prayer program for our hearing-impaired brothers during the Prophet’s birth week.”
