With trying to gain muscle through fitness its vital that you don't just think about the working out portion because your is apart of seeing muscle results. Its interesting to understand that you need your diet to equal the right amount of calories being burned and your intake for those calories back into your system. When trying to eat good foods you need the right fuel that will keep your body going. That fuel that can keep your body moving is taking in carbohydrates, fats and some vitamins to enhance the energy your body produces. Remember trying to get more muscle index includes eating right while staying on top of the gym as well
