We all know fruit and vegetables are good for you so get eating them. Not 5 per day lets increase to 9 or more......


Drink green smoothies for breakfast if you feel you can't eat this much. This is a great way to get lots of vegetables (keep the pulp) in the body. What a fantastic way to start  the day - feeling energised!


Don't forget a great source of fibre also - lets get rid of that waste, another way to feel energised and keep the body functioning like a well oiled machine!
