I don't think this is really all that important of a story, but it's good to see that my fantasy receiver at least has the confidence to believe he's among the best receivers in the league.

 

Dez Bryant does have the physical capablilities to be a Calvin Johnson type receiver, even if he's not on that level yet. We'll see if he can use any of this as motivation.

Cowboys Corner: Again, taking his eye off the ball costs Dez Bryant on a sideline catch

Dez Bryant had a chance to catch a ball that would keep a drive going in the third quarter. But he dropped it. And like two weeks ago in Kansas City, he said he took his eye off the ball...

I'm not sure what to make of Bryant's quotes. He dropped an important pass. But I'm not sure it matters for my fantasy team. What I do take away from this article is that the Mendez writes that Bryant sounded determined and emotional. If that means he's going to spend extra time in practice on his footwork or catching, or whatever, than maybe he'll keep putting up big fantasy games like the 20 points he gave me this week.
