3 sets of 8 reps 15kg bar tricep curls

3 sets of 8 reps 20 kg bar bicep curls

2 sets of 5 reps 30kg overhead press

Dumbbell Deadlift: 7sets/10reps 5kg

Press ups: 7sets/10reps 5kg

Sit Ups: 7sets/10reps 5kg

 

45 Second rest after each set.
