dumbell shoulder press- 7 sets 10 reps 8kg

dumbell squat- 7 sets 10 reps 8kg

dumbell lat raises- 7 sets 10 reps 10kg

dumbell dead lifts- 7sets 10 reps 8kg

press ups- 7sets 10reps

sit ups- 7sets 10 reps 10kg

 

however i didnt do this work out session because of a hospital oppoinment

In these lessons we have looked at the following factors that affect people in sport and how the train as a whole all these can come together to help you improve or decrease how you improve you sports performance. The bad factors that affect you in sport include peer pressure, parental influences, nerves, anger, sadness, stress, temper, depression and finally self criticism. Some of the good factors that can affect a sports performer are as followed will power, confidence, focus and self discipline. The motivational factor that can affect you in sport consists of money friends or family that partake in the sport also improving and the will power to improve or get fitter can help your motivation levels and then this leads onto just getting out of the house and being able to loses the weight that you want to in a certain period of time this can lead onto an achievement of success. if you want to get better and reach higher goals you are more likely to do this then if someone doesn’t want to reach those goals these can be set by many variation of people such as your coach family or team mates his can help you work on certain areas and then once you have improve on those certain skills this is likely to promote the feel good factor which will keep you away from those negative factors that affect sport and the sports performers around you such as if you are stressed and angry at yourself you may be more likely to take this out on your team mates and then this will have a negative effect on their performance. This promotes the feel good factor that sport can offer thrills, socialisation, loyalty, and fitness these can all contribute to later in life and help you live longer.

 1. Why did you decide to come to college?

He had done a mechanic first then came to college and wanted to do somethign different and then he did a fitness insturctor corse and soprt course in college then work in the college gym.

 

 2. What do you need to do to be able to set up a substantial business?

People to support him and money from friends and family and working with mates to refine his skills.

 

 3. What sort of clients do you get?

Range of people from different brackground from house wifes to buisness people.

 

 4. Where did you get your money to start up your business?

College helped him and then he also had his grandparent to pay for him then he started to see a self supporting company.

 

 5. How much do you have to pay the gym for using there facilitys?

Montly rents and paying on what you take in have to pay at the start of the month then make up the money with clients.

my friday trainning programme

what i did in my C.V trainning session

in this trainnign session i made sure that i worked on my fitness by doing my c.v work out made sure that i focus on my c.v systerm by doing bike for 15 minuets and made sure that i changed the work level by increasing the intensity alos on the cross trainner i made sure that i did this aswell so it got harder as i went on and then this would make sure that in ice hockey i can go longer in the game because as my c.v progression is better and improving.

conclusion on my findings

what i found in my results and how it is like other peoples

Conclusion – how those areas affect you in sport.

These factor affect this person in sport and in his training because this allows or doesn’t allow them to perform as well as they could, i.e. if they have a high motivation level they can do long periods of work at a high intensity so they will improve faster than someone that doesn’t. If someone has high motivation in the activity they are doing the are likely to be enjoying it this can be because of a number of contributing factors such as excitement and achieving success both these factors help people improve a great deal in the sport that they want to partake in. Therefore i conclude that all factors that affect people in sport intertwine with one another to help or not help people in sport and how they improve and how they can become better at their sport or at being an better person. Also sport can help people stay off the streets and help them be motivated to improve in life skills that will help them get better jobs and then if they want to carry on in these sports they will be able to because they have the motivation and drive to do this because of the family and friends that they have made during the activities they partake in.
