5 Principles for the Agile Enterprise in 2012

I thought I'd close out 2011 with 5 guiding principles for companies striving to be more competitive and agile over the next 12-36 months. I'd love to hear your comments (and plans) related to these!

 

I love the use of *Agility* for describing IT in general. Once you get past software development's co-opting of the word you get to it's essence, the ability to react to change quickly. This applies to anything and everything in a modern IT organization.
